MiSTer vs PC Engine!
At 5:56, you can see the aspect ratio is off. I am not able to listen to the video - wife is in the room giving a presentation right now - but I was wondering if that’s an issue with the Mister settings.
I checked. It’s a difference between MiSTer and original hardware then put through the Framemeister. MiSTer has different scaling settings so sometimes games that didn’t use a “standard resolution” on PC Engine can look odd

Yeah, I bought Ghost Squad a few years back but the IR cursor definitely makes it feel more like you’re controlling it with a mouse.

an absolute classic in every way
No joke… there was an entire summer of my life where I would play is REZ on Dreamcast 4-5 times per week, doing a complete run every time. It got to the point where I was able to get a 100% shoot down rate with 100% of the upgrades in each level. I was obsessed with it.
I actually don’t really like the VR version since it trivializes the difficulty a bit too much. But I’m glad it exists as a cool little experiment. Fortunately, you can still play it the classic way too.
The Dreamcast version will always have a special place in my heart, but the Xbox 360 version is also worth checking out. It’s basically identical but at 60fps and in HD.
VR makes it a bit easier but being in that world in VR is just absolutely amazing. But the Dreamcast version will always be THE version to me
