Nice setup. I know this is an unpopular choice, but I modded my systems with RetroGEM (HDMI), to avoid cable management and expensive analog switchers.
For power adapters, I recommended the ones sold by Mister Addons, which allows to use the same power adapter via USB-C cables.
Nevertheless, looking forward about your PVM setup. I have a rolling cart which has the Mister always plugged in, and a couple of free slots that “rotates” to whatever system I like to play. For me, having a clean setup is way more important than having every single system plugged in.
