There’s a modern adapter
Doesn’t look particularly well made from the shots, but good to know the option exists! I’ve yet to see/notice a WS adapter yet on my travels. I did see the exceedingly rare Game Boy Micro wireless adapter though.
Yeah it’s custom PCB and 3D printed case.
I guess it must be really rare if people have made their own from scratch and managed to source a connector that is compatible with the WS.
If you look closely the connector is an HDMI connector 
It does work though.
