Curious.. who here has a working TG16 or PCE? I got my TG16 in 2018 for $150 CAD which at the time I thought was a lot for a console.
It’s quickly become one of my favorite systems though. The shmup library is only rivaled by the genesis imo.
I bought a Super HD System3 PRO on release and it has been amazing.

I have the Analogue Duo which after patching is a-ok as a Turbo device. I have considered importing a PC Engine too tho because almost all of my library is JPN.
I own this game and will be participating via a real HuCard. I have a sneaky second option tho… Analogue Pocket.

I once got the ball stuck on the top tunnel on the uppermost stage and it was giving me a few thousand points every couple seconds by killing the respawning slimes. I reckon if I left it on all day it would’ve racked up some major score, but I hit tilt and came unstuck, and never got it to happen again.

I discovered a new strat at the beginning of this run.. there is a skill shot you can do on the first ball-launch. If you launch directly into the devil girl’s head it gives you a bonus 2 million to start the game.
I have a Supergrafx with a Super SD System 3. Don,t own any physical games.
Getting the hang of it…
Ooh a SuperGrafx, nice! Would be awesome to do 1941: Counter Attack at some point, but it would probably make more sense to just play the arcade version.
For me though, I like the SuperGrafx version better because that means I can play on my CRT instead of MAME/FB Neo.
edit: After trying out both back to back, I think the SuperGrafx version is more fun.
