Bit Wave studio have said no plans for this. I guess it would cannibalise the digital sales where they make more money.

Ufouria the Saga is being released on modern systems, in addition to the two announcements we already knew about.
There’s bound to be a physical release on modern consoles though - and you can bet the purchase of LRG will probably lead to a reprint with limited editions with a hefty markup. that’s probably where a Famicom cart reprint might come in.
