Does this result in letterboxing? How is the aspect ratio handled on your crt?

Thanks Peltz! Weather or not there is letter boxing really depends on the game. By Default this game is letterboxed but using the USP 405 transcoder between my scaler and the switch I can actually scale up the image to get rid of the letterboxing. It also allows me to tweak for sharpness.
So does that cut off part of the image then?
