Pretty comprehensive list of ports, though the Wii and PS3 releases are probably Virtual Console versions rather than ports. It did get a native port to PlayStation 2 though but bundled with a couple more games.

I count at least 13 physical versions then. I think NGPC was the only time a physical version was released in the US too.

Klax might be the most physical ported game that has had the interest surrounding it fade the most over time. It hasn’t even gotten an individual digital release in recent times.

What this data is really showing is the number of platforms a game been released on. Not ports

Yep, lends to debate as to what should be counted as ports and which shouldn’t.

Even just limiting it to official physical individual versions, then Lemmings might be the most prolific such game after all.
