New "Neutral Gray" Theme Available

Third and final new theme for today. Neutral Gray.

I’ve settled on this one, but just one problem.

Highlight is unreadable.

Latte also suffers, but not quite as badly.

Pastels is the opposite, it doesn’t even look highlighted at all.
