SCANLINE SCREENSHOT THREAD. BECAUSE 240p IS ALL THE P'S I NEED. (56k warning)

oh that’s nice that you could set it to 240p out of the box

I was looking at the console versions and there’s no option to stretch the screen, so I can’t downscale it (it’d be windowboxed). the DC port is 480i/p only too, which is a shame. I’ll need to get a Crt Emudriver setup going one of these days, been putting it off forever

That’s a weird decision with the DC port. CRT Emudriver is L I F E, get on it, brother!

it’s going to up a whole world of possibilities, I have an old laptop with a Radeon card lying around. I’ve wanted to play Steel Assault on a CRT for a while now, another unfortunately windowboxed console game, but a game that runs in native 240p on PC

DownLoad on PC Engine (1990, NEC Avenue). Art by Masaomi Kanzaki (Street Fighter II RYU manga & Bio Diver XENON).
Scrolling sci-fi shooter. The game takes place in 2099 in the city of Kabukicho (Japan). The story begins when the cyber-diver and special agent Syd gets awaken by a special message from his friend Deva. She explains that something bad is going on with the case they are both investigating, case that already took the life of their cyber-diver friend Ohala. She is now held prisoner by the Kabukicho police and Syd decides to ride his flying bike and to rush to her rescue.

Was just trying a newly acquired JAMMA splitter, this is a PVM14M4U being fed RGB directly from a Candy Cabinet.

Started using my CRT setup more again recently and was playing one of, if not my favorite looking games

Also took this and made it my avatar, making it my first new RGB, Resetera or NeoGAF avatar in 15 years

All the animation is on the disc but only used if you fight against the same character, it has more slowdown than CPS2 and the graphics are stretched, notice how the logo doesn’t fit onscreen in your screenshot. Not a bad port but far from perfect.
