The official Retro Core / Battle of the Ports thread

Forgot to post about this last Wednesday. A really nice system

I did not enjoy making this show :stuck_out_tongue:

Another one I enjoyed playing on my grandads Amiga. As a child it was really visually appealing and I liked that extender ability! The main tune has basically been stuck in my head since too lol.

I never used to get very far and looking at it now it seems obvious why; James was like a fish out of water sliding about like that!

So the RG-350M is a little expensive so how does the cheaper brother feel?

I was just promoted a video for the Retroid Pocket 2.

How does it stack up against the RG series? CPU and screen seem higher, and of course Android compatibility.

Interested to see a face off.

I don’t think I’ve tried one of those

I like that. Very cool placement of the logo.

Dos original or the ports? Which do you like?

Man the Genesis version’s weird vertical scanlines almost look really bad. I wonder why they went that way with the game.

You can see the same in Wolfenstein 3d and few other Megadrive games, composite blending is intended for that content eg:

This video was recorded on Monday, 7th September 2020. The day after Tropical Cyclone 2010 (Haishen) hit Kyushu and Yamaguchi.
