Random, bizarre screens in old games

This wonderfully bizarre screen appears after finishing Hole 9 in Devil’s Course Golf (aka Wicked 18).

This photo is from the Sega Mega Drive version running in the PicoDrive/RetroArch emulator on my N3DS.

Anybody got any other “random” screens?
