That is a stunning cab! I always loved the unique look those buttons too. The skinny black frame with big perfectly flat colored button is such a unique look. I think they were Seimitsu?
Sanwas that are slightly more convex are my favorites for how they feel, but these are uniquely gorgeous and I am sure feel great too.
Yeah they are Seimitsu PS-14G pushbuttons. Love their look and feel, they’re right at home in SNK cabs. Shooters feel so much better with those IMO, and I actually prefer them for fighting games too; not a big fan of Sanwa parts.
Curious as to why. Do you find them too sensitive?

Picked up some rare treasure. It was the last Switch my Walmart had. It’s been empty for a while. Figured now was the perfect time to grab a new one since I can sell my old beat up switch for what I paid for the new one.

Sanwas are really just a bit too sensitive, and I prefer the tactile feedback Seimitsu pushbuttons provide.
last year before EVO I drove thru 2 hours of Los Angeles traffic to Calabasas as they had the only gamestop in all of California that had a (disc only) copy of a game I was looking for, Arc Rise Fantasia. I bought it, but promised I would try to hunt down a complete copy later. Well, I finally got one!
it’s not just any copy tho! It comes with a bonus!!!
apparently Gamestop preorders came with an art cell so yay, I have one now too!! But also, Amazon had its own preoder bonus as well, a set of trading cards, so the hunt is not yet complete as I’m definitely gonna want to get my hands on those cards!

I will say that that game has one of the worst dubs I can remember, so enjoy that. Like I’m not a “subs only” person and generally like dubs but I’d rather there be no voices at all than what they had with it.

Picked up this GPD XD for $70. Got it so cheap because they said the battery didn’t hold a charge. I let it charge up for a few hours and it seems to be working fine. Been playing it for two days and hasn’t dropped below 50%.
I’m loving it so far. Never thought I’d see the day I could play Skies of Arcadia on a portable

Minty clean board! Was close to picking one up last month in Japan, but to be perfectly honest Psikyo games aren’t my favorite. Perhaps I should give them a try, pretty affordable for PCB standards. Enjoy your board!
