There’s something about being so laser focused on strategy and resource management while drinking an espresso or cup of coffee that feels perfect. Taking a sip between actions and just thinking things over is the perfect way to wake up the brain before work in the morning.
It also helps that most of the games in the series recent times are handheld and you can play them when brewing your drink or take them to a coffee shop.
