So do I have to order again?

Probably.

Nice! I need to get one too.

As I’ve noted, this is my Turbo/PC Engine. I’ve never owned one. Looking forward to it!

I have a mister FPGA and limited space in my apartment, but this interface has some soul. I am half tempted to buy off that alone.

I’m excited for all of you that haven’t experienced PCE/TG16, it’s such an awesome system. Considering the prices for a lot of these games today, 99 bucks is a steal for the mini console. Games like Sapphire, Spriggan, Supergrafx Ghouls and Ghosts, these are crazy hardcore selections that I cant believe are making it to a console in 2020. Also, it has my favorite version of Gradius 2. Cant wait!

Hats off to Konami for launching in the middle of lockdown, I expected them to wait until it’s all over.

It really is a steal, even for the ports of arcade games. I’d have paid the entry price just for the Galaga 88 port! And I hadn’t realised how much Parasol Stars goes for nowadays, another game that’s worth the price of entry alone.

The US release must be real. Amazon charged me for it on Thursday. Looking forward to its arrival!

I just ordered a TurboGrafx-16 Mini recently, can’t wait for it to arrive in early June. I never owned this console at all so it would be all new to me. Lords of Thunder would be the 1st game I play on it.

Yup, same here. I had a chance to get a Turbo Duo when I bought my first Neo Geo at the Electronics Boutique warehouse sale in 1993 and I honestly didn’t know what I didn’t know and left it there along with a pile of games. Realistically, I wasn’t making that much and there was only so much I could spend at the time. I wish I had kept that Neo too, though.

I’ve almost bought real hardware multiple times through the years but never pulled the trigger. I’m excited to experience this library with M2 emulation in a package like this.

Life has been very busy lately so I haven’t had a chance to post much. I did receive my TG16 mini yesterday so here’s some box pictures.

Awesome, hope you enjoy it. So far I’m liking it but some of these games are quite tough!

I really need to set mine back up, I did give it a break because I kept getting distracted and not committing to playing just one or two games at a time.

I guess discipline is key - while having a huge selection of games is paralysing, sticking to just a few helps a lot. It would have been cool if the menu was split into curated ‘sections’ to help with focusing, even a sort function can be quite overwhelming.

Oh no, if they’re tough for you I’ve got no chance lol
