RGB Pick Up Thread Of Swag!

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t? As it’s just the Neo4All image?

“As far as I can tell, this latest iteration of Andro Dunos for Dreamcast is almost identical to the aforementioned (it even displays the Neo4All icon on the VMU screen)”

maybe I’m misremembering. I’ll check it tomorrow

Never mode the Switch Cotton games, check out all of those lovely Sega Mark III / Master System games. Lovely collection.

Two games from a complete Gold/Silver set. One game from a complete MyCard set.

It will be very difficult to get Bomber Raid at a decent price…

I haven’t posted on here for a while!
Recently, I got back into retro gaming because of a pickup I made. I was at a flea market looking to get a guitar hero setup when I found a PS2, Dreamcast, and a Gamecube in a box. There were other items as well-

2 PS2 Controllers
2 Gamecube Controllers
AV and power cables with a Gamecube component cable
A component video switcher
An svideo/composite switcher

I bought everything in the box for $20! Crazy deal

All I have to say here about this pick up is… Japan.

Where else would you order a used Sega Saturn joystick that’s thirty years old and get it in the pristine box?

The game is a MINT Golden Axe: The Duel.

When I made the post above, I hadn’t yet opened it…

…and now that I have, it looks like it’s barely used. It’s not perfect, but holy smoke.

I own the PlayStation version of the same stick and love it. I bought the Official Saturn stick that was sold in the US some years ago and it’s … fine, but not great. This stick is amazing by comparison. Classic even.

I had that stick for years! Was great, mine was all scratched up though.

GE: The Duel is fun too. Nice cartoony look and good animation.

I’ve actually played The Duel before. I owned the US version at one time but foolishly traded it in. It’s been on my list to reacquire for awhile now.

I finally joined the pro CRT gang!

Looks amazing!

I traded my Sony PVM 20L2 for a smaller (but more versatile) JVC 1710cg and never looked back. JVC tubes are incredible.

Yeah I’m super happy! I was able to get it in person! Also i expected to spend $500+ on a professional CRT but this was $140. IDK what the market price is, but I feel like it was worth it. Now i just need some RGB cables .

Would you guys recommend doing a cap replacement on that TV? It doesn’t have any issues, but I’ve heard that it’s a good thing to do.
